They do a great job on my bowl every time!
I ordered to the wrong store because when the app updated it moved my main location without telling me or confirming with me before I placed my order. I called customer support and their response is, “order it from the correct location and we will refund you”. I informed them I did not have enough time to reorder and pick it up since it was my lunch break. This store is a disgrace, and the management is a big part of the problem. Paola may have the title of manager, but she shows none of the patience, professionalism, or basic respect the job requires. She’s rude to customers, treats employees terribly, and stands by while they struggle with difficult customer situations instead of stepping in to help.
