If I could give less stars I would. This location was filthy. They had refill tubs sitting on the dirty toppings line, staff was rude, and they are always out of something. No cheese, no tomatoes, no vinagrette, who does the ordering for this location? The girl on the line was by herself so I understand maybe she was frustrated but she’s slopping the ingredients around it’s causing a huge mess, even the outside of the bowls/burritos were getting disgusting from the mess she had made. Do better, Chipotle. I came to this location for lunch because the online hours clearly showed that you were open. I even called ahead, but no one answered. When I arrived, the location was completely closed with no sign, notice, or explanation. This wasted my time and seriously inconvenienced me during my lunch break. If a location is unexpectedly closed, the hours should be updated and customers should be notified. I’m requesting a store credit to make up for the inconvenience. Staff rude I had to wait 10 minutes for my pick up order. If I didn’t work at the mall wouldn’t be going to this location.They are always out of something they are out of chips I just don’t understand that.

Girl behind the counter couldn’t follow simple instructions. Mixed my bowls up and put all the same ingredients on both bowls when clearly instructed not to because she kept getting them switched up clearly marked wrong ontop of the lid. Rice was super hot and steak was cold! Wasn’t pleased. Wasn’t listened to at all. I’ll just go to a different chipotle location next time less hassle ordering and my order doesn’t get messed up
