Horrible lunch experience at this location. Guacamole was black and definitely not fresh. Pollo and steak were both overcooked to a burnt crisp and food overall was disgusting. Spent $30 here and will not return. Take your business to Freebirds instead!! P.S: Your contact us ChatCPT www.chipotle.com response won't work for me so don't bother. It's clear whoever manages this location is either non-existent or just flat out doesn't care.
Came to the drive thru to pick up my online order and realized I had ordered at the wrong location. They quickly made my bowl and gave it to me for free as they knew I had just made a mistake. I appreciated the accommodation!
when i tell you this location smells so bad inside it had me questioning whether i should get food here. the food was ok, service was nice but that smell!!!? I’ll stick with my chipotle in elyson where it smells nice n the food is bomb.
