Our experience was not great, to say the least. Inside was very dirty. Our server used the same gloves to handle money, clean the prep area (wiped with her hand), and handle our food, so it was less than sanitary. The only reason we ate there after seeing that was because we were so hungry, but with each bite I feared for my stomach. The drink machine was also broken and the one working spout only spewed water, so we ended up having to get bottled sodas. I haven't eaten at a Chipotle in a long time and this experience will make it a long time again. First after walking in I was hesitant and thought about walking out. It was very chaotic with probably a dozen or so older teens all over being very loud and actually don't think they were even ordering or eating. As soon as we walked into Chipotle, we were told they were out of queso, vinaigrette, and steak. I completely understand that restaurants sometimes run out of ingredients—that happens. However, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I overheard one of the workers say something along the lines of, “I won’t be marinating any steak today,” which was a little concerning. I edited my review just up again how absolutely terrible the service and food at this location. Its crazy how my coworkers always tell me NOT to go here and whenever I do I see exactly. Bunch of hooligans behind the counter fooling around, not doing anything. Ugh, Im so mad I bought this stupid bowl today. Chicken has absolutely ZERO flavor and its just trash. NEVER coming back to this location.
