⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dane was absolutely amazing! He provided outstanding customer service, was super friendly, and made the whole experience at Chipotle so much better. He was welcoming, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Employees like Dane are the reason people keep coming back! Chipotle is lucky to have him on the team. Definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. 10/10 experience! 🙌
After a really hard day, looking forward to an easy dinner. Didn't get what I ordered, made a bad day even worse, paid for food I didn't get.
I've never seen a slower, more apathetic crew in all my years of eating at Chipotle. I don't even leave reviews often at all, but this needed to be called out. Staff was very, VERY disorganized, antagonizing each other, pushing out of the way, yelling at each other, and taking forever while the line kept building up and up. There was no line when we walked in and it still took about 15 minutes before we left with food. This place is just the worst. What’s the point of ordering on the app, get to the store and see people that are showing up minutes after going through then line and getting their food before me? No one seemed to have a care in the world.
