I rarely have any issues here. I think they have issues with their rating because they’re one of the few healthy options in the area and they’re always busy. Staff is friendly and usually my orders are ready on time and correct

This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. I did a mobile order on 10/1/26. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken . The bowl contained only THREE small bites of chicken (I wish I was exaggerating). The rice was also very undercooked, made for a crunchy bowl and not in a good way. The portions for the bowl overall were laughable, I can’t believe they thought that was okay.

I wanted to really complain about this place because multiple occasions they have gotten my pick up order wrong and i have to return to the store. However, an employee named keke really saved the day her kindness and understanding to the situation and the genuine apology for order being wrong made me a lot less angry. This location needs much more employees like Keke. Thank you

Over an hour late for a catering order...Terrible service In response to your reply! NOT TRUE!! Ever catering order i have received from this Chipotle has been historically late..EVERY TIME!! This one absolutely ridiculously late!!
