Their rice is always so hard. Please start discarding your rice after the allotted sitting time. I drive down to the chipotle in Ellisville because this one is so hit or miss with their rice
Stopped in tonight after a long practice. Staff was friendly enough. I got the steak burrito, daughter had a chicken quesadilla meal. Burrito was about 2 lbs of rice and absolutely disgusting. I managed 3 bites before tossing it. My daughters meal was on the same level The food tasted as if someone spilled a bag of salt or something in the rice. Both meals were a complete waste and I still had to make dinner. After this visit I'm not sure I would try Chipotle again, definitely more than disappointed.

The restaurant was not exceptionally clean. The staff were just fine. But the food was absolutely terrible. I don't know if Chipotle is sourcing chicken from somewhere new? Or if they have stopped cooking it on a grill? But it was absolutely the softest squishiest moist chicken I have ever had. Also the new flavor of chips are terrible. We actually ended up throwing half of our food away and stopping at a gas station for the rest of our meal which was much more satisfying in the end.
