Shoutout to Ruby, Rami and Victor at Chipotle. Every time I come in, they always make me feel welcomed and like I’m part of the crew. Ruby is always cool, funny, and easy to talk to. I placed an order for a burrito but got a bowl instead. I tried to call the location to rectify this but keep getting routed through their automated system. After indicating what the error is, it tells me it's transferring me to the restaurant but instead the line keeps ringing until I get a message, "answer off". Is their answering machine or VM box off because they get too many complaints for messed up orders? I wonder.

This Chipotle is significantly worse than other locations. To go food is always messy, leaking, etc. If you order online, it's always a wait to get your food, even after the listed time.
