I was really disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and tough to chew, which made the whole meal unenjoyable. The overall service was poor as well — the staff didn’t seem very welcoming, and the quality of the experience was far below what I expected. The portions and food quality didn’t justify the price, either. Chipotle is supposed to be a place where you can get fresh, tasty food, but this visit was the complete opposite. Update 10/2/26: literally just saw the guy at the register out several receipts into the overflowing trash, use his gloved hands to push the receipts and trash down so stuff wouldn’t fall out, and then continue handling customers food at checkout. Absolutely dismal food safety. Everyone that works here seems to not only hate their lives but hate their customers. Everyone is out out about everything. This is a management problem. We ordered ahead online on sep 25. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:40, I showed up at like 8:50 and it wasn’t ready so I asked the guy at the counter. He said let me start making that for you and proceeded to start making other people food then. After he finished with that he made my order and asked if I had anything else. I responded by saying yes I had a soda and chips. He asked if I was DoorDash. I said no just ordered online and in a wierd tone said, “oh yay I’m so happy” then handed me the items and said nothing.... read more
