Unreal. Got 10 kids working in here and only 1 of them on the slop line at 1 MPH (same one doing register). He was doing his best and was a really nice guy but management needs to figure it out. Humiliating experience to wait an hour for a few people to be served.
Very busy which is unexpected and not on the company per se. But for a birthday side of guac it was only half filled in the cup, and the burrito was noticeably smaller than usual, likely to try and finish orders. 7:40 meal pick up time ended up being able to be picked up at 8:12pm, despite me being in the drive thru line at 7:25. Very slow drive thru time which appears to be a common theme in the reviews unfortunately
Excruciatingly slow service
