I have been going to this chipotle since it open due to convenience. Never to impressed with the customer service. No one is overly friendly. This will be my last time going there. The condiments are always a mess and there is always chunks of dripped salsa in the sour cream. The last straw was today when there was a long ass blonde hair in my burrito. Not wasting my time to take it back. My dog was happy though. 😩
Bummed because they forgot to put my queso in the bag which costs like $9- then when you call the store you get AI and no answers . So they basically just took my money and I can’t even speak to anyone for a refund without driving all the way back to the store
When you ask for extra, they actually give you EXTRA here. Very nice. 👌
