I come to this location at least once a week if not more and service is normally fine but tonight I came in and ordered a bowl first thing I notice is there's a new girl and she's throwing the food into my bowl missing the bowl everything on top of that she's acting like the food comes out of her paycheck my portions were all off cause why did I get half a bowl of rice and 5 pieces of chicken?? The rep on the line did not greet me nor ask if I needed help AT ALL! Then when the customer entered the door she was ready to help. Needs customer service training. Came back in to get a second order and the thick light skin guy did the same thing. What’s the issue I’m not being rude or anything. Chipper for the white folks tho. It be your own people.
This place is dirty there is a lot of food on the floor and dishes on the tables
I walked in with my friends and it looked like they were closing at 9, but it says online they close at 11. We asked if they were still open, but they didnt even respond at all. So we just walked out.
