Horrible customer service and possible discrimination! My daughter, And her friend were in the area, enjoying food from the multiple food court this location is surrounded by when the blonde haired Female worker thought it was appropriate to open the front door and yell outside to the two adolescent girls enjoying their ice cream She screamed aggressively "the tables are for customers ONLY " my daughter then went inside and purchased a drink, fearful of the blonde woman. Horrible customer service and possibly discrimination!
It'll be the last time I ever buy from this location. Literally shame on this location, I came in starving with expectations I'd be full afterwards but if you take a look at the picture I provided. If I were to have complaint of how low they served me, I can attest 100% they would of overcharged me. Take a good look at the picture everyone.
The brown rice was not fully cooked or had been sitting on the tray for too long. Sometimes the uncooked food hurts my teeth when chewing on the food mixed with other ingredients.
Not edible! The food was so old and bad the rice was crunchy. I am very disappointed because the chain itself is good but everytime I go to this location I have hope but always get let down by the food. Chips were so stale as well. Horrible! Customer service was nice tho!
