Seems like all chipotle locations have terrible customer service. One girl did my burrito, then pushed it to the cashier area, nobody was at the cashier. She then was doing the food for the next customer. I was standing there in front of the burrito for couple minutes, at least 5 ppl saw me there waiting to pay, nobody cared, neither did the girl that made the burrito. 0 communication skill, to tell the person in charge in charge of the cashier like "hey someone is waiting to pay"... Easy 0 training, 0 care for the customers
BEST CHIPOTLE IN SOUTH FLORIDA!!! If you get the dude on proteins, he absolutely hooks you up and is fast. You will not go wrong here. 10/10.
Staff always rude and they give you half the amount your supposed to get, i dont know why i come back here pollo tropical is so much better anyway
thank you so so soooo much to Kae, Jude, kenya, lucas & John. an amazing team that worked together to make my chipotle visit one of the best experiences i have ever had at a chipotle. customer service was truly outstanding. i came in at the last minute and they were super happy to serve me. i greatly appreciate them. i can tell that they just wanted me to be pleased even though they were about to close. that’s what it’s all about. i wish i could give 10 stars.
