Went there one evening, they were short staffed, no ice for the drinks, no plastic cutlery, the tables were filthy. Have never seen a chipotle like this! Planned to it there, but had to eat it at home.....
Probably the worst chipotle I have ever been too. No steak didn’t even tell me if there or when there would be more. Just stared at me workers seemed carefree. Then went to get my drink the sprite was carbonated water went to get lemonade that was water. No napkins and mess around the drinks. Never returning
Food was pretty bad. Rude workers, Wet rice and burnt chicken. Don’t come here.
Staff here doesn’t seem to be aware of food safety when it comes to washing their hands. The 2 times I came here, there’s someone either wiping or picking their nose & continue working like normal. On top of that, they’re not following the food recipe, maybe you ran out of salt but they sell that everywhere. If you want good chipotle, I’d recommend you go eat at locations near the loop, Florida mall & Dr. Phillips.
Remark everything was great but looks like we're short staffed but other than that 👍 👌 👍
