This is an unbelievably bad Chipotle. Some of the worst management/leaders I have ever seen out of a restaurant - especially when it comes to the drive thru / take out deliveries. I have had multiple occasions in which I ordered through the app, was given a time in which my food would be ready, and would wait 30 minutes after the fact asking the employees on the status of my food. Just an awful Chipotle. Expect to wait in their drive thru for 30 minutes even when you order through the app and arrive at the time it’s expected to be ready. Employees walk around with their head cut off and have no leadership to tell them how to get food out efficiently and fresh.
Found another reason why I'm not a chipotle fan.. I got 3 barbacoa tacos with cheese, the first one had a decent amount of meat, my second and 3 taco looked pretty much like the picture, pretty meatless.
