Often when you order delivery, they short you an item. This is the third time this has happened to me. Twice in a row. No way to reach the store directly so you just pay for shit that you don’t get constantly. How difficult is it to read a receipt and put three items in a bag for the delivery person? Deleted the app. Done with that location. This is 100% chipotle because the driver apparently picks a bag that’s already stapled shut and does not have the option of verifying the items in the bag.
For fast food it delivers. Sometimes they get busy. But when I need something quick and easy this is one of my spots.
This store location is the worse ! Every time I’ve visited this Desert Ridge store, employees are standing around chatting with one another and tables are dirty with food all over them. I’ve witnessed customers wiping down their own tables. Employees need to also get trained on customer service as, some staff members behave as if they’re doing you a favor by serving you.
Food was great. Friendly staff, chill vibes. Parking might be a little hard to find during some times of the day but other than that, awesome place.
