Understaffed and unprepared for a lunch rush. The workers are not the problem. Management and corporate set them up for failure. Line out the door during lunch rush with one worker behind the burrito bar while the others scrambled to keep ingredients prepped. Again this is poor management likely disseminating from corporate.

Ordered on the App Saturday the 17th only to arrive through the Chipotlane and not a single employee was inside. After waiting about 10 minutes drove to a parking spot and saw other customers unable to go inside. Reported through the App to cancel order and they would not refund the money. Sent email to the store that day as well and no help from that either. Highly disappointed with this store.

Today around 1:30, Quanisha (I hope I spelled her name correctly) greeted me with kindness and prepared my bowl with such a welcoming attitude. She was honestly the best part of my visit! Unfortunately, once I got to the register, the experience went downhill. The manager on duty was rude and dismissive, and her attitude was so noticeable that another customer even commented, “With that attitude, she should have stayed home.” The sad part is that she was training a new employee. disgusting place. so apparently you want to charge me for a side of sour cream with my bowl, but the workers in the back eating chips with their hands then serving us with those same hands is disgusting. if you really cared about saving money, how about train your workers not to sneak food and chips?
