How is the acceptable at all to send out as an order? Paid extra for multiple things and given NO RICE. Rice is quite literally the main part of chipotle.

I’ve been a fairly consistent customer at this Chipotle, but I’m honestly getting completely fed up with the Van Dyke location. The portion sizes are all over the place, the food quality is inconsistent, ingredients are frequently unavailable, and the level of customer service seems to depend entirely on who happens to be working. Had a great experience at Chipotle! Huge shoutout to the managers, Miranda and David, for doing a great job and keeping everything running smoothly. Caleb made my bowl and did an awesome job — everything was fresh, the portions were great, and the meat was especially good. Definitely one of the better Chipotle experiences I’ve had.
