They won't give you a water cup. Embarrassing
EXTREMELY STINGY WITH THE PORTIONS
I don’t write too many reviews. But huge, huge shout out to the cook today 💅💅 I love chipotle but the rice, the chicken today. You deserve the most!!
Horrible portion sizes for the price we have to pay. My husband had asked for double on his protein and the server literally gave a little piece of meat extra (definitely not the definition of double) then the server proceeded to argue with my husband. Never going to do business again.
Worst experience since the last. Portion control is ridiculous and when I order a bowl with double meat you barley get anything and when asked to put more in I get a look like he was insulating then and said that was the amount for double meat. Are you kidding me. Make me pay 18 for a bowl with double meat and you don't even provide. This will be the last time coming to this chain and I hope it fails because of your own poor management skills and poor customer service. Will never come back
