Poor customer service, manager with headphones on (I don't think she was the manager but if she is, they need to train her better)
I was given barely any meat in my bowl, and I even paid extra for queso, only to receive an extremely small amount of that as well. At the end of the day, I paid around $10 for what was essentially a bowl of rice and beans. Very disappointing, especially considering what I paid for.
My first time at Chipotle. Was looking for the meal on the TV ads. For $14 it was quite sad. A protein bowl??? Consisted of lettuce, rice, chicken, pico and black beans. Nothing special, lots of rice, lots of lettuce on top. No sauce no nothing. High priced and boring.
Worst chipotle I have ever seen 😭. The chicken doesn’t take right . Portion and everything else is so bad here . I hope they improve !!!!
