Ordered on app and half my items were missing. Called and got customer service call center and after 45min I got half my money back. Absolutely disgusting that a place makes customers jump through hoops for correct customer service. Never order on the app. And NEVER go to Chipotle!! It is not worth it. Taco bell even refunds you no questions asked. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible customer service one of the guys said an offensive comment after I ordered 3 burritos for my family and he thought it was only for me. He said an expression like im going to eat the 3 burritos Never gonna come here again. Another employee complained to me about his long shift as if I were his therapist.
