This location is the worst. I would not recommend it to anyone after my experience today. The staff is very rude and it is complete chaos in there. One lady working in there was beyond rude to me. Don’t come here!
Food was good but this location is poorly managed. They were completely out of cheese last night and didn't have any chicken cooked and ready to go. Said it would 10-15 minute wait for chicken.....
We tried Chipotle in Westfield for the first time. The place was dirty and we had to clean our own table. They were out of napkins, the drink machine tray was overflowing with ice. Enough. Eat at your own risk.
Every single time I’ve been to this store theyre out of 2 or more ingredients. I specifically avoid this store because others in the area dont ever have this problem. How hard is it to keep the 6-10 options on the line available?
