how is the rice always uncooked? don't get it
As a lifelong enjoyer of chipotle this is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Have eaten here at least 3 times- stale chips, very low ingredients every time, very very small portions of cheese, and my entire serving of guacamole was just a half of an unripe avocado today. Not returning again.
Disgusting! The serving station was a COMPLETE MESS!! with toppings and sauces scattered and smeared everywhere. Staff ignored customers waiting to place orders, walking back and forth without any acknowledgment. A pregnant staff member dragged a trash bin past the serving station and then took my order without washing her hands or wearing gloves. This place needs a more experienced, mature manager (GenX) to oversee operations. Where are the Adults???
Every table was dirty. Workers were so rude. Man at the counter was aware the soda was out but still allowed me and customers after me to pay for it instead of telling us it was out of order.
