while the food may taste good- don’t bother ordering double meat for pickup orders. go inside or save yourself the money. they won’t bother giving you what you pay for.
Just a simple question…….. do you eat with your hands? Let’s be honest. Why would you send out an order without the proper utensils as a restaurant. Then flood my food with the sauce but barely any rice. Extra extra cilantro like sauce. These days you have to come in store to correct these incompetence kids and frankly adults leading them!
Staff is always nice but the food is always terrible. I waited almost an hour for my pickup order the other day - 55 minutes. I was at the pick up window for 24 minutes of that time. When I got our order, the fountain drink was 2/3 full, the food was cold and the rice was hard. I wasn’t super upset cause I know things happen. Sat in the chipoltelane for over an hour. My food order was over an hour late. This is not the first time this has happened. Worst chipolte around.
