The employees here are extremely rude! I regret purchasing a meal from this location. I will not be comming back here and I suggest you do not spend your money here. Your employees made fun of my speech impediment right in front of me! I litteraly cried in the parking lot. And then, the cherry on top was that THEY DIDN'T CLOSE THE LID ON MY QUESO AND IT SPILLED ALL OVER MY PANTS!!!!! so yeah today i cried in the Chipotle parking lot with queso all over my pants. What a terrible experience
The Razor Ranch location cant seem to get your orders correct. Every time we do an online order, something is missing, its very frustrating to get all the way home and realize your order is wrong.
Es la segunda ve que voy a esa tienda. Y la verdad pense que ya havian mejorado. Pero no pedi pollo h estava quemado y seco y no tenia sal.
Do all the employees hate it here? My goodness, I know you don’t go here for the customer service but as a customer service worker myself you can at least fake it. I’m surprised I didn’t get cussed out. Not only did I get three whole chips in the bag, they were soggy. Also the parking lot is nasty, trash is everywhere.
The food was great. The floor was filthy. I had to wipe down my own table. I recommend getting your meal to go.
