How is it that when an error occurs with an order placed through the App , I can't get a hold of the actual store itself and I have to deal with AI and the incompetency of that. Over 8 mins of dealing with AI and then the actual humans who finally get on the line and no one could resolve the error in my order. No More, Freebirds Burritos is where I'll be ordering from now on.
Food was awful. We both ordered steak and every bite had gristle. I spit out more than I swallowed. The staff was fair and we switched to chicken. Still not delicious, but edible. This place was busy and expensive. I don't get it.
20 minutes in line on a Tuesday at 7:20PM and told they had run out of all proteins…. How does management allow that to happen???? 2 bad experiences in a row….There will not be a 3rd…. Why do we even have to give a single star?
Ordered online and all three bowls were not only wrong but the portions were insanely small (could only find 3 pieces of protein) the stickers on the bowls were correct but everything inside was wrong. Zero stars.
