Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. The restaurant was extremely dirty. The tables were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, and I saw several things during the food preparation that honestly did not look hygienic. The staff also seemed extremely overwhelmed and understaffed, but that unfortunately came across as very rude and impatient. Usually never leave reviews but just wanted to say that the customer service was horrible: I’m always understanding when service workers are overwhelmed during a rush or busy time of day, but there were only a few people in the store and no one else in line, the team members seemed inconvenienced by my presence and did not have any manners.
