Extremely dry over cooked unflavorful chicken. Also was missing the double chicken in the bowl and the extra salsa corn etc. I think the guy was annoyed I asked him to make it instead of waiting for the designated mobile ordering guy/station. Which would be fair enough if they had other customers in there i guess but I was the only one in there.
I am a regular at Chipotle back home, but I tried this location for the forst time tn. The service was great and quick, but two bites into my food I immediately started getting sick. This was then followed by violent vomiting 🤢. Will not be recommending this location.
requested extra lettuce, got barely a full portion. I order this exact bowl every time, so I knew the second I picked it up that is weighed not even half of what it normally weighs. on top of it all, I took my first bite and pulled a long hair out of my mouth. disgusting. location wont answer the phone and the app has an AI bot that told me they would pass along my feedback to leadership and then ended the chat. ridiculous. EDIT: Finally got to a real agent and they refunded my order. upped a star for that at least.
I was surprised at the low rating. My food was good and the girl making the bowl was really nice. It looked like she actually enjoyed her job and had a smile on her face. Great job!
The attitude I experienced here was enough of a reason to write this review. For starters, I had a free side of queso reward on my app. After everything was rung up, I scanned my app and paid. It wasn't until the lady at the register handed me my receipt that I noticed I'd been charged the $3.24 for the queso. I went back up and mentioned I had a reward, and asked if I could refund the order and repay with the coupon applied.
