The ai is getting out of hand and they try to add fake typing sounds along with the obvious ai voice on the phone to try to manipulate you into thinking it’s a real person. Didn’t get past me though.

I have been critical of the service and the undercooked rice and beans at times.. I like the flavor of their meats and their hot chile salsa, but the inconsistency has always grated, so I've stayed away and enjoyed eating at Comalito, who do a great job. ****I'm writing today to report that for two days in a row I've gotten good burritos and good service in Hadley. Over the past year, I have gone to this Chipotle around 15 times. Of those times, I probably only got exactly what I wanted twice. This location is perpetually out of ingredients, the service is slow, the building is dirty, and sometimes it will arbitrarily close hours before the stated time. I have stopped going here.

Place was not clean and staff looked miserable... Behind the counter didn't look great either but overall food was what you would expect.... except for the stale chips
