On 01/06/2025 at around 8:40pm over an hour from close. Me and my family came in to order 5 meals, there was not much food and all of it was cold or had been sitting out, we were told there was no more meat than that was on display and throughout the order the employees were seen and heard debating weather they needed to make more food and instead opted to sit around doing nothing and wait till they have to close up, some of my family did not get the items that they wanted because they were “ out of food”. toe curling worthy food
I came today at 5pm on my way to work, they were out of almost everything. Told me it would be 5 mins for the chicken to be done and left my rice and beans on the side to get cold while waiting all while the Staff was rude about everything. Never again will I come to this chipotle. I got way better customer service at the one on Florida.
