I am so happy I was introduced to Brea and Chipota Wellness. I was having an ongoing orthopedic problem that was to the point of being recommended to have surgical treatment. I began weekly visits with Brea and started noticing a difference after just one appt. After a few weeks I returned to my orthopedic doctor and he was shocked at the huge improvement I had made. I had improved so significantly that he no longer recommended surgery! It has been a year now and I am still doing great!!

Dr. Brea offers the combo of cupping, graston and an adjustment which helped my tight shoulders and neck pain significantly with immediate relief. In addition, her follow up includes an overview and instructions for exercises to do at home. Highly recommend! Michele
