Great doctors that are very good with kids and making them laugh and feel comfortable
Don't waste your time, office staff is so rude and has no compassion. The Dr won't even see a toddler who is assigned to her with insurance and has been seen in office since birth in a medical emergency. I quote " I don't know what you want us to do for you". Poor excuse for a MD office!!!
Dr. Caraballo is very knowledgeable & excellent with our son. She is always willing to give guidance when needed, even outside of an appointment. She listens to our cares & concerns and address each with professionalism & care. She takes ample time with us and our son during appointments & does not rush through. The staff are friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend.
While I do like the doctor we see at this practice they are EXTREMELY disorganized and it can take months to get in for a well visit. Also they only see sick kids in the afternoon which is ridiculous. Most of the time when the kids are sick we have to go to quick care. My problem with this is when my kid is sick I want them to see their regular doctor but it NEVER happens. I dont recommend this practice mostly due to how they schedule appointments.
