We dropped off 2024 Compass Jeep - SUV to have a repair done on the right front end, after a big dog collision on the highway. Advanced inspection and schedule for work to be completed via insurance company. Very friendly staff and response to additional service needs was before the end of the same day..
We were in desperate need of a truck repair and were stranded during a cross-country move. We called Chipola FORD, and Joey in service was able to get us in immediately. The hospitality and the extra care made the experience a very pleasant one. Craig and Joey in service were outstanding. Thank you both for getting us back on the road!
Told me 1400 then when they seen my ins report it jumped to 1600. But couldn’t show me where the extra money was being put! Said my color didn’t match due to how old the car was but I had almost a complete paint job two yrs ago so nice try, I know I’m a girl but I’m NOT STUPID! Then I noticed fender was bent out so I questioned that…. Well it was used so they got it bk in as far as they could. This car used to be so nice now it feels like an after market methhead project.
