I Have had the Wonderful pleasure of working with Sylvie and I could truly say she is a go-getter, hard-working, loving, caring above and beyond person. She cares about the safety and well-being of her residents. It was wonderful to see how Sylvie has improved so much at Chipola apartments When I went there. You make sure everyone is treated equally and respectfully. she always prioritize the residents’, safety and well-being. There’s nothing negative I can say about her but just keep up the good work.

They go up on your rent with no notification and then say they notified you. The office is hardly ever open and they cant keep GOOD management.

Nice Apartments small but everything you need including a dishwasher. All utilities furnished a huge plus. On site laundry room. Mailroom in the Lobby. It stays pretty quiet. I love my Apartment Since we got our manager Sylvie Chipola Apts has come a long way. She has worked hard to make so many improvements for us. She has made this building very safe. I have lived here since 2021 & since Sylvie got here this is the safest i have felt. She goes out of her way to help us as well. Thank You Sylvie
