I cannot say enough about this place. The manager, Ms. Sylvie is wonderful and very helpful. The place is very clean and offer a lot of activities for the residents.

Very affordable apartments with utilities included. Nice laundry room. They even accept pets which is hard to find. Very welcoming residents and manager Ms. Sylvie. I can hardly wait to move in. And whomever left a rude comment about the Manager they are lying as she is very patient, helpful and very professional.

I am impressed with the manager, Sylvie, and how she cares about her tenants. She consistently goes above and beyond, making sure they have monthly educational speakers, organizations to bring joy to the seniors who live there and monthly get togethers. She has been working hard to get the needed things for the upkeep of the building. The rent is more than reasonable and includes utilities which is a bonus. The apartments are conveniently located in down town Marianna!

I have been a resident at Chipola Apts for nine years. We had issues in the past but now since we have a new manager,Miss Sylvie Prudhomme, I feel that changes here have made us safer and more secure. I would recommend this place to live. The manager provides us with many great activities that are suitable for us. Our safety is her number one priority.
