Brandon and Becky were incredible to work with through the whole moving process. They were quick to respond to our questions and patient with all our little inquiries along the way. Moving interstate isn’t a walk in the park, but using Chipman genuinely was worth every ounce of stress it removed from the process. Ignacio was our mover/driver, and couldn’t have been more kind, attentive, and efficient. Thank you!

We recently used United Van Lines and Chipman Relocations for a long-distance move, full house including full packing services, from California to Texas. It went great! The final costs matched the initial estimate well so no surprises in billing. The packing crew was super efficient, careful, and did a great job. Scheduling went well too. A few days before packing day, they actually called to see if they could come a couple days early, which they did, then arrived on time for packing and pickup. Chipman Relocation did an excellent job with my move from Rolling Hills Estates to Lake Arrowhead. The entire team was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly hardworking. Moving into a mountain home presented some unique challenges, but they handled everything with care and efficiency. I am rating Chipman Relocation service services 4/5 stars. Once our belongings departed, we were notified of the process, not as frequently as I would’ve liked. We had an expected time of arrival earlier than when our belongings actually arrived. I completely understand that big cross country moves like this are like likely to have some slip ups, but I felt like this could have been communicated sooner rather than later. The Chipman team were all excellent! From Brandon to Becky to the packers, movers and driver, they were all professional, helpful and responsive through the long process of moving across the country. All in all, they were very conscientious and careful with all our belongings and we would recommend them.
