I am rating Chipman Relocation service services 4/5 stars. Once our belongings departed, we were notified of the process, not as frequently as I would’ve liked. We had an expected time of arrival earlier than when our belongings actually arrived. I completely understand that big cross country moves like this are like likely to have some slip ups, but I felt like this could have been communicated sooner rather than later. The Chipman team were all excellent! From Brandon to Becky to the packers, movers and driver, they were all professional, helpful and responsive through the long process of moving across the country. All in all, they were very conscientious and careful with all our belongings and we would recommend them.

Becky’s help was amazing- she answered every question quickly and made this move effortless. Would use Chapman again and have referred them to friends thinking about moving. Felix and Dora were the “Dream Team “ of movers- they left Monrovia on Thursday and were ready to unload here in Texas on Monday am!
