This Law Firm did an inadequate job of determining if they had a conflict when then took on my son-in-laws case. When they discovered, a couple of months out, that one of their close colleagues was the Managing Partner of his adversary - they had asked him to do all the leg work with respect to obtaining documents - they dropped him like a hot coal.
