My husband hired this attorney to get a speeding citation dropped down to an infraction so that it wouldn't apply a point to his driving record. The agreement was for the fine to be reduced, enter a guilty plea and reduce to an infraction. He DID get the fine reduced but did not explain to my husband before he signed paperwork ar the courthouse that he was ONLY getting the fine reduced. The point did stand.
