I’ve been a member with Chiphone FCU FOR ALMOST 2 years !!! This is the first credit union I’ve been with and it is the absolute best !!! They make sure they treat their members with respect and kindness. They try their best to help resolve any problems I’ve ever had!! The best rates for loans in the area. You won’t find a better team. The give out gifts around holidays =) !!!! If you are looking for a new car loan, Credit Card, House, Etc Go See them at Merrillville !!!!
Been here for years, NEVER had any issues with service from staff or obtaining loans to help build my credit score. Their prime preferred checking also has great rewards for being a member as well. Thank you again to the Merrillville Branch for your recent service!
The customer service at this establishment the chiphone on 73 Rd in Merrillville is terrible twice I have had issues with credit card fraud and no assistance they made it seem like I made the transaction and I didn't don't invest your money with this establishment you will lose it I lost over 7,000 dollars
I love this credit union and the staff is the BEST
TERRIBLE. MOST unprofessional bank that I have ever encountered. ELKHART branches are WONDERFUL. Not Merriville.
