Recently while driving on the highway my window was shattered by something. I called SF and Hunter answered the phone. She guided me all the way and told me to call her back once I found the place to take my car. She understood how I was in shock and she calmed me. Everything was done in 1 day which was a blessing. Service from this branch is fantastic! Whenever we call, a PERSON always answers the phone (Hunter is always personable and extremely efficient) and we are very happy. We’ve been with State Farm for decades and are very pleased. They are now helping us with our young adult son, getting his insurance set up, etc. Highly recommend this location!
I worked with Hunter Swinney, and she was most helpful! She got our new vehicle added immediately, got our temporary cards to us, and calculated our new updated costs so we'd know what to expect. She is great!
