Had an issue with a egr delete that is throwing codes but this vendor won’t answer emails or messenger , also tried phoning multiple times but it just rings out for 1 month - awesome customer service not - Chip tuning response was they were closed for Christmas - First Email sent 14th November and subsequent weekly follow ups - More lies from this company

So I ordered a part from this seller 12 days ago, on the phone I was told they had the part and would have it posted asap they were really good on the phone got a confirmation email to say it was paid and expected a tracking number soon after that, no more contact a week later I started emailing them and no replies, so I started ringing, they did answer but it didn't seem like they were to happy to help just keep saying they will email me a tracking number, which never came, today the 12th I get an email, it said they couldn... read more
