I was coached on what to say after trying to do business with these individuals. Chip’s wife told me to put he is the bank because he’s not allowed to make that statement anymore. The wife told me how proud she is of the son that works there and how the son at home is nothing more than a couch potato that doesn’t want anything out of life. (this was a 5 star review I hate to change it to a one star) We got a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder a couple of days ago it had quite a few issues. they did work on us with a bunch of stuff to get it running but the main issue was the water pump they refused to fix the water pump. They kept saying it wasn't the water pump I had 2 mechanics tell me it was. So today it's in the shop getting the water pump replaced. They kept saying bring it back so they could fix it but they didn't want to fix the underlying issue.
Me and my husband brought a car from them, didn't even have the car in our possession no more than 10 minutes. Brought the call to the gas station to put gas in it turn it off and turn out back on, the car didn't want to start brought it back to them they said they fixed the problem got the car halfway to my house and it threw itself in four wheel drive. We got a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder a couple of days ago it had quite a few issues. but they worked with us on it the mechanic even came to our house so we could get it back to the dealer so he could work on it. There are bad reviews on here from people but we was patient with them and they have been very helpful and patient with us. Thank you guys for everything. And a personal thanks to max and his mechanic Christian.
Definitely changed my mind after a month of dealing with these unprofessional people definitely not good trying to make me pay for someone else not doing their job and no communication at all about anything if you see this place keep driving past it don’t stop 💩👎👎
