Wifes 2025 Palisade took nasty rock to the front windshield from a passing 18 wheeler.. Straight split the glass.. Took it to Chip Control Glass on Monday morning (as a walk in) had new windshield installed that following Friday (because windshield had to be ordered from Houston warehouse) and the advanced driver-assistance and safety system (ADAS) calibrated all within 2 hours.. Awesome work guys..
I would not recommend Chip Control in Copperas Cove. Their “Forever Chip Repair Membership” has been basically useless because it seems like they always have a reason not to cover anything. I originally paid nearly $800 for them to replace my windshield after a baseball went through it at the baseball fields. About a month after the installation, I contacted them because the glass constantly looked smudged or hazy. When I first arrived to bring my son's truck in for chip.repairs, the receptionist was extremely nice. They repair the chips in record timing, and he was not only surprised that I had them repaired, but he was very pleased. He said mom, since the repairs my windows doesn't fog up.I paid for the lifetime membership due to the amazing service I received.
