This had to be one of the best experiences I've had at an auto shop. Had previously tried going through safelite for glass repair & was sorely disappointed. I called Chip Control & they found my part that day, next day installation. I walked into their air conditioned office (with complimentary refreshments) & was met by a very kind young lady (miss Kaela) with such a great attitude. Best experience possible for a not great scenario. I had a giant crack in my windshield, which was obviously a bit stressful, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They kept me informed every step of the way, very reasonable prices, and fantastic work. They also had beverages and snacks for free, which was fantastic since it took a while to replace my windshield (just the fact that the process takes a bit of time, definitely not their fault). Went by Chip Control Auto Glass in Killeen yesterday to get some miscellaneous work done on my Honda Ciivic Coupe 2014 and the overall team members, from front desk to workshop were extraordinary professional and top class customer service, Savanna, Andrew(technician)and everyone were very customer service friendly and at ease, definitely recommend them to anyone out there that may need such service.
