We recently purchased a finished spec home from Chiott Custom Homes. Although we had no input on the floor plan, choice of flooring, windows, tile etc… we think they created our perfect home. The house is incredibly high quality with amazing attention to detail and design. Jonathan and his team, specifically Todd and Ana, have been wonderful to work with. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. If we ever decide to build a custom home, Chiott would be our first call.
Working with Jonathan and Chiott Custom Homes is an outstanding experience. The team's attention to detail is second to none, and it's evident that every aspect of the home is thoughtfully planned and expertly executed. One of the best examples is the lighting selections. This company has been building two monstrously ugly houses in my neighborhood for over a year. They subdivided a historic lot in the worst possible way. They added sidewalks that go from nowhere to nowhere and look insane. Their construction vehicles have stopped traffic virtually every day without ever using cones, signs, or anything. A dump truck working on a Chiott site suddenly stopped in the middles of the road and nearly backed up over my wife and kids in our minivan, with Mr. Chiott watching.
