I have had such a great time with one of your staff members, Arturo Magallanez . He has excellent customer service attributes and I highly recommend him for any kind of work ethic recognition.
Wait time is absurd. Over an hour and a half to be seen by the doctor, and the quality of the visit didn’t make up for it either. If anyone at the clinic reads these reviews, I’d recommend attempting to fix it. Huge point of dissatisfaction. Probably trying to max out doctor’s productivity by operating in this manner, so there is no lapses between visits, but at everyone else’s expense. The actually “visit” was all of 5 minutes.
Dr Mgbokwere and her staff are fantastic! Great atmosphere and the front desk staff is amazing and friendly. Dr listens and takes her time to understand what the issues are. Her PA is just as friendly and helpful plus very knowledgeable. I recommend Dr Mgbokwere to anyone that needs a great physician.
Doctor is nice and friendly. Wait time is ridiculous, every time we have an appointment it’s about a 2-3 process for a routine check up. Staff and doctor are friendly but I don’t know what takes so long. Will be changing doctors after today’s appointment.
My family just moved to Texas and I was looking for a doctor for my 5 year old. Made an appointment her for 3:00 they didn’t call us until 3:30 and they took her vitals but they didn’t have a room ready for us so we where sent back to the waiting room. Then after about 30 minutes we finally got into a room, then waited another 20 minutes before the doctor came in. She was in the room for about 2 minutes when she got a phone call and took it in the middle for our appointment.
