Dr Mgbokwere and her staff are fantastic! Great atmosphere and the front desk staff is amazing and friendly. Dr listens and takes her time to understand what the issues are. Her PA is just as friendly and helpful plus very knowledgeable. I recommend Dr Mgbokwere to anyone that needs a great physician.
Doctor is nice and friendly. Wait time is ridiculous, every time we have an appointment it’s about a 2-3 process for a routine check up. Staff and doctor are friendly but I don’t know what takes so long. Will be changing doctors after today’s appointment.
My family just moved to Texas and I was looking for a doctor for my 5 year old. Made an appointment her for 3:00 they didn’t call us until 3:30 and they took her vitals but they didn’t have a room ready for us so we where sent back to the waiting room. Then after about 30 minutes we finally got into a room, then waited another 20 minutes before the doctor came in. She was in the room for about 2 minutes when she got a phone call and took it in the middle for our appointment.
I took my infant here after reading some somewhat good reviews but honest truth I have had a HORRIBLE experience. This doctor will not only TRY and make the appointment longer than needed so they can charge extra stuff to the insurance but the worst part is that when I told her about my vaccine concerns she straight up laughed at me and sarcastically humiliated me saying “you probably need some yourself” in front of her staff member.
