I took my infant here after reading some somewhat good reviews but honest truth I have had a HORRIBLE experience. This doctor will not only TRY and make the appointment longer than needed so they can charge extra stuff to the insurance but the worst part is that when I told her about my vaccine concerns she straight up laughed at me and sarcastically humiliated me saying “you probably need some yourself” in front of her staff member. Amazing staff all around !!
Front desk very professional especially Karina always goes above and beyond. Long wait to see the doctor! Unsure why doctor had morning appointments if she is not there. She visits the hospital before coming to the office is not an excuse to wait more than two hours. My time is just as valuable as the doctors. I called in once letting them know I would be 15-20 minutes late and they rescheduled me for another day so why is it ok for her to be late. Something needs to be addressed about waiting so long.
