My dentist recommended that I see Dr. Chiodo for a CONSULTATION/excision of a fibroma in the inside of my mouth. When making the appointment over the phone, I was asked to provide my dental insurance provider information, which I did and when I went to the office for my CONSULTATION/excision, the staff made a copy of my insurance cards.
