I thought Dr. Ekechuku was the best doctor I ever had, I was so disappointed when she was moved somewhere else. She solved problems that no other doctor would. I felt free to ask anything of her, she replied kindly and compassionately. I miss her and still haven’t chosen a new doctor.

I think she's an exceptional physician. I consider myself fortunate to be one of her patients. I think a lot of her. And I don't know what I'd do without her. I've always found her to be intelligent, compassionate, responsive, proactive. I don't know what to think about others having had any other experience which deviates so broadly from my own.

I have never encountered a more horrible doctor. Changes prescription but doesn’t send it to pharmacy. Took over a week and three messages to get it done. Absolutely NO communication. It was actually another doctor that send the prescription in. Does not care about her patients. She is condescending and won’t listen. I will be filing a grievance with Kaiser.
I have been trying to get information filled out to get my mother-in-law into a care facility for over a month and cannot get any cooperation from Dr. Ekechuku's office. My mother-in-law has dementia and is a harm to herself and others and cannot get her checked in without authorization from the doctor. Several attempts have been made and we are still awaiting for the releases to be filled out and sent back to Guardian Angels Homes. I need help and cooperation from Kaiser. Dr Ekechuku has been my family physician for more than 10 yrs. She is fantastic! She takes time and I never feel rushed through an appointment. She's kind, caring, attentive, and LISTENS.
Lacks empathy. Insensitive. Has overmedicated my mom 3x to the point we thought she had a stroke or was developing dementia. Put five different people in our family on same medication for different ailments with no EKG done beforehand. Doctors at Vancouver Clinic won't give the same medication to anyone without an EKG first. How is that okay she gave the same med to 5 different people with no regard to heart problems the medication can induce?
