Had a 9:30 appointment. Showed up at 9:20. Eventually I left at 10:15 after never being called back even after checking with the front desk twice on my status. Completely disrespectful of my time. Will not be returning.
I had been searching for a DO primary care physician for a while, and I even tried a few others until I found Dr. Korie. Dr. Korie made me feel truly considered, cared for, and listened to. She treated me like an actual person with a life outside the patient room, instead of just a file to get in & out. She was very thorough going through my history and asked me questions to ensure my records were all correct. I happened to see Dr. Korie because Dr. Modi left. I have seen her numerous times and love how direct and to the point she is, without being rude. She is very kind and caring.
I had a horrible experience with Dr. Korie. She’s dismissive and biased. I will never make another appointment with her. I made an appointment with a different doctor where I hope to be taken seriously and treated with kindness and respect. The only positive was my intake with MA Jazmine B. She’s always been kind and helpful. She’s a great listener and has great bedside manner.
I was a long time patient of Dr. Modi. When he decided to leave piedmont, I made the decision to stay at piedmont Brookhaven and started seeing Dr. Korie. I have seen her three times now and each time I find her to be very dismissive and not at all concerned about my well being. I will definetly be looking for another primary care doctor.
