I really love Dr.Okafor. She is a very caring and kind doctor. Unfortunately the front office staff is incredibly rude and now I plan on switching PCP’s. I’ve been playing phone tag and have been given wrong information by different staff members. I was initially told that my new insurance had been ran and checked, and that I was able to book an appointment under my new insurance. Come to find out that was not the case at all. Front desk was rude and impatient. I left after trying to get checked in. I figured if this is the front desk I definitely can't trust the doctor. Went to another office down the street. Suggestion to hire employees with customer service expense.
TERRIBLE!!! Don’t ever come here you’ll never get your lab results back, barely got my medicine(I had to call too many times to get it). The doctor herself is fine but the staff is terrible they are all around disorganized and unprofessional. Also, the receptionist is so rude to patients when they’re lost or confused. I would never ever come back. And if the receptionist at this location sees this please delete my patient file!!
Great doctor, very rude and impatient front office staff even if you speak to them politely. This has been a consistent issue for some time. I will be going elsewhere from now on. I called to confirm the dosage of my medication because it has been incorrect in the past before. They did not give me the information and said “it is just the same one” without answering my questions and hung up.
I love Dr. Okafor! She is very attentive and answers all of your questions. By far my favorite physician!
